Jess Brodie

Hi! I’m Jess, a writer based in Glasgow, Scotland.

My work has been showcased at Assembly George Square, Hidden Door Festival and Summerhall.

I’ve been longlisted for the David MacLennan New Playwriting Award and shortlisted for the St Andrews Prize for Playwriting 2024.

My debut play, GUSH, was commissioned by the Traverse Theatre and premiered in Spring 2026.
